The picker uses your device timezone. Expiry is stored as an exact instant. Where a deadline is shown on this site or in notification emails, it is expressed in Greece local time (Europe/Athens, EET/EEST). The API accepts ISO-8601 instants (often with a Z suffix).

Latest you can pick is 7 days from now (same limit as the API; calendar follows your device, validation uses the precise instant).
